"Galette" sounds like a fancy word, but it's really just an easy-going free-form pie! Come learn in this hands-on class how to craft beautiful fall apple galettes that may later find their way to your Thanksgiving or Christmas celebration table. We’ll teach you how to make the dough, roll it out, fill, and bake your galettes in class.
Each participant will craft this classic pastry from start to finish, take home dough made in class, their own handmade galettes, and the recipe. Each participant will also receive a glass of wine (if older than 21).
This class is ideal for ages 16+
