Global Cuisine 101: Dumplings & Dim Sum

Take a peek inside the amazing world of Asian dumpling making and dim sum! Chef Marisa Jones will teach participants how to make a variety of handmade wontons, shumai, and steamed buns using traditional methods and ingredients. Learn how to expertly fold and craft dumplings then steam them to perfection.
Participants will make and dine on a dim sum meal in class and take home all of the recipes. Plus enjoy a glass of wine (if over 21).
This class is ideal for ages 14+
