Bûche De Noël - or Christmas Yule Log cake - may be one of the most festive and iconic holiday cakes out there. This European delight is a Swiss roll style dessert that consists of a sponge cake rolled with a creamy filling on the inside, then decorated to look like a sweet little log nestled on a wintery forest floor.
In this hands-on class, participants will craft this classic pastry from start to finish and take home their cake made in class. Each participant will also receive the recipe and a glass of wine (if older than 21) or a fizzy water.
This class is ideal for ages 16+
