Whether this cute goodie reminds you more of a cake or a cookie than a pie, you’ll exclaim “Whoopie!” either way! Join Pastry Chef Emma as she walks you through the steps to make your own whoopie pies just in time for Valentine’s Day. We’ll cover how to mix and bake the cakes, plus create the gooey creamy centers. We’ll assemble your treats in class and you take home the rest to your sweetie.
Participants will craft this classic treat from start to finish, take what you make in class, and receive the recipe. Each participant will also receive a glass of wine or beer (if older than 21) or a fizzy water.
This class is ideal for ages 16+
