Even though crêpes are just skinny pancakes, they get a reputation for being fancy and finicky. Well, we are here to change that notion! Join professionals Emma and Aaron to learn how to make basic crêpe batter, cook them off, then fill them with a “choose your own adventure” of sweet or savory fillings! Stuff them with berries, sweetened cream, Nutella, ham, herbs, veggies, or cheese!
Attendees will prepare crêpes in class, stuff and eat as many as they want to make. Recipes will be provided along with a glass of wine to enjoy while cooking (if over 21).
This class is ideal for ages 16+
