This hands-on experience is designed to introduce both beginners and seasoned food enthusiasts to the art of making perfect pasta and raviolis from scratch. You'll start by learning the secrets to preparing the ideal dough and hand-made gourmet fillings. Then, you'll transform your dough into delicate sheets ready to be filled with your choice of fillings. Learn how to cook them to perfection, and sample the delicious results of your labor!

What sets our class apart is not just the skills you'll acquire but the extra bonuses! Bring home as many raviolis as you can make to share your new-found culinary talents with friends and family. Plus a tub of marinara sauce, recipes for the pasta dough and sauce, and during class enjoy a glass of wine (if older than 21) or a non-alcoholic soda or seltzer.
