Take a trip to Spain right here in Lynchburg with Chef Marisa Jones! We’ll explore the secrets to making perfectly crusty Paella (pie-a-yah) with traditional ingredients like bomba rice, Spanish chorizo, and chicken. We’ll also prepare Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp bathed in a garlicky olive oil sauce) and soak up all the juice with Pan con Tomate (bread with tomato).
Participants will work with a partner to create their dishes. Then class will dine on their creations. All will take home the recipes, plus enjoy a glass of wine (if over 21) while you cook.
This class is ideal for ages 14+
