Meet Chef Quincy Randolph! You may recognize him from Food Network’s Chopped, Beat Booby Flay, and Guy’s Grocery Games and is now the owner of RND Coffee in Roanoke. Chef Quincy will take you through a French Bistro-inspired dinner of Seared Butter-Basted Ribeye with Shallot pan sauce, Potato Dauphinoise, Haricots Verts Amandine, and a Fresh Dijon-dressed Green Salad.
In this hands-on class, participants will learn in teams of 2 the nuances of a beautifully seared steak, how to build a pan sauce, perfect potato gratin, keeping Haricot Verts (greens beans) fresh until ready to eat, and how to a make a balanced vinaigrette and flavorful salad.
Participants will also dine on their beautifully plated meals and enjoy a glass of wine. Tickets are limited, so grab yours now! This class is Gluten-Free.
